We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to: 

• Serve as the nursing leader for Sauk Prairie Healthcare. 
• Partner with other dyad leaders to improve access, quality, safety, patient experience, productivity, and efficiency of nursing practice.

Work Schedule/Location:

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position.  You will work at Sauk Prairie Healthcare’s main campus in Prairie du Sac, WI.  Position is required to serve in an administrator on-call rotation approximately every six weeks.

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred – Master of Science in Nursing or Business Administration MSN or MBA

Work Experience:

Minimum – Prior leadership experience in a Director position in a hospital setting. 

Preferred – Chief Nursing Officer experience

Certifications: 

Minimum – RN license
