Position Description

Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our NNORC (Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community) program. This position offers 21 hours per week with flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation range of $37,000-$40,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing expert health case management services to identify and support high-risk members within the NNORC.
  • Addressing the health promotion needs of our more active and independent senior members.
  • Conducting educational workshops on trending health topics relevant to the senior community. 

 Requirements:

We are looking for candidate who meet the following qualifications:

  • A valid NYS RN or LPN license 
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience
  • A vehicle and driver’s license in order to conduct home visits.
